  • You will be randomly allocated your ticket number(s) when ordering and you will receive an email confirmation.

You may enter the competition online or for free by post by sending your entry to FishermansFortune LTD on a postcard. You must have an account on FishermansFortune LTD for your entry to be processed. All details on your entry MUST correspond to the details on your account to receive the order confirmation and ticket number. Postal entries received without a registered account cannot be processed.

The live draw will take place on the FishermansFortune LTD Facebook page using Google’s random number generator to select the winning ticket number from all Entrants.

  1. Pick a Competition & Buy Tickets:
    Browse our current competitions and select the one that excites you the most. Each competition offers fantastic fishing-related prizes that any angler would love! Purchase as many tickets as you’d like to boost your chances of winning.

  2. Our Ticket Goal:
    Each competition has a minimum ticket goal that must be reached for the advertised prize to be awarded. You can track the ticket progress on each competition page and view the minimum ticket goal on the Rules tab located on each product page.

  3. Guaranteed Cash Prize:
    If the ticket goal isn’t met by the end of the competition period, we still give away a prize! In these cases, 50% of the total ticket earnings will be awarded as a cash prize to the winner.

  4. Random Winner Selection:
    When the competition closes, we compile a list of everyone who has purchased tickets and randomly select a winning ticket number from this list. If the ticket goal is met, you win the main prize! Otherwise, you receive the cash prize. The winner will be notified via email, and results are shared on our facebook page.

How do I use site credit to enter a competition?

You can redeem your site credit by selecting your desired competition and adding it to your basket. At checkout, simply choose “Site Credit” as your payment method. Be sure to review the rules for your chosen competition to confirm that site credit is eligible. Any competitions where site credit cannot be used will clearly indicate this within their rules.

Is there a minimum ticket for the draw to go ahead?

As we have the best odds on the market, we require a minimum of 62 tickets to be sold before the draw can go ahead. If we do not reach this target, the draw will be slightly extended. Everyone’s purchased ticket will remain the same and will still be valid for the extended draw.

How many times does the competition get extended if the ticket goal hasn’t been met?

The draw will only be extended once for 7 further days.

What happens if the draw extension fails?

We will offer 50% of the total tickets sold as a cash prize. We will pick a guaranteed winner and transfer your cash via BACS or site credit if under £3.

How many times can I enter this competition?

You may enter 10 times.

How long does site credit take to show in my account?

Site credit will take up to 12 hours for it to show into your account. You will get a wallet notification via email. You can check your wallet amount in your account section under “My Wallet

How will I know if I’ve won?

You will receive an email if you win an Instant win. Your ticket will also put you into the main prize draw which is live steamed on our Facebook here

How do you pick the winning number?

We use googles random number generator and announce all winners live on our Facebook page.

FREE POSTAL ENTRY

You may enter the competition for free by sending your entry on an unenclosed postcard by first or second class post to the Promoter at the following address: 40 Rodney Street, Liverpool, England, L1 9AA

Please include the following information:

  1. your full name;
  2. your address;
  3. a contact telephone number and email address;
  4. the Competition you are entering and your answer to the Competition Question.
  • Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified;
  • You may make multiple free entries for any competition (up to any limit placed on entries by the Promoter) but each free entry must be submitted and posted to the Promoter separately. Bulk entries in one envelope will not be accepted as multiple entries, and if a bulk entry is received, it will be counted as one single entry;
  • By entering the competition, you are confirming that you are eligible to enter and accept these terms and conditions;
  • Your entry must be received by the Promoter prior to the Closing Date. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the random draw;
  • The Promoter will not acknowledge receipt of your entry nor confirm if your answer to the Competition Question is correct;
  • If the number of paid entries reaches any cap or limit before your postal entry is received, you will not be entered into the random draw.
  • Entrants must have created an account on the Website for the postal entry to be processed. All details on the postcard MUST correspond to the details on the account to receive the order confirmation and ticket number. Postal entries received without a registered account cannot be processed.
