Prize Deliveries

All prizes are dispatched after the competition has officially closed, typically on the same day the competition ends.
This process allows us to validate winners, organize prize allocations, and coordinate shipping in a streamlined and consistent way.
Once your prize has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number, so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
We work with a number of trusted third-party suppliers to fulfill and deliver certain prizes. In these cases:
Your prize may be shipped directly from the supplier, which means you could receive multiple deliveries depending on the nature of your winnings.
Dispatch and tracking updates will still be communicated via email as they become available from the supplier.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on supplier processing times and courier availability.
We always strive to ensure that your prizes are dispatched as quickly as possible following the competition close, and we appreciate your patience as we work with our partners to complete your delivery.
Site Credit
If you’ve earned or redeemed site credit, this will be applied to your account immediately.
There’s no waiting period – your balance will update automatically and can be used straight away.
In the rare event of a technical delay, the credit should reflect within a few minutes. Simply refresh your page or log out and back in.
If your credit still doesn’t appear, feel free to contact us and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
